From courteous interactions with my stroke survivor hubby, to myself and my son showing him home maintenance. They have always come through, solved problems and helped when we were sure it was huge but turned out all we needed was a new thermostat! They were on time communicated well. Had a little trouble with the installation owner. Adam came out and fixed it right up. Very pleased. Would recommend to anybody. Good job. NW HVAC did a thorough inspection and found the problem with the high pressure alarm was a collapsed air return duct due to rodent damage/activity in the past.
